All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.

Ordering
We will send you an acknowledgement of your order, and we ask that you take care to check all these details carefully:
Your name and address: Is the address correct? We cannot accept responsibility for parcels going astray if the address is wrong.
Products: Are the products listed the ones that you intended to order? We will not refund the cost of postage if the responsibility lies with you.
Cost: Are the prices what you expected? If not, please check again and contact us if you cannot discover why there is a discrepancy.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Damages
All goods are checked to make sure they are perfect before they leave our premises. We pack our goods for despatch as carefully as we can, but appreciate that sometimes packages can be damaged in transit. Should this happen, please contact us immediately and we will discuss the best way of rectifying the problem.

Do not refuse delivery of a damaged package, and if you are asked to sign for the goods, make sure you sign as "damaged".
You will need to open the outer packaging to check the goods inside, but do not open the actual products, even if the boxes are damaged, because we cannot offer a refund if these are opened. Damages must be reported to us within SEVEN WORKING DAYS of receipt.

Faulty Goods.
If you should find that there is a fault with the goods, please contact us and we will arrange for them to be returned to us. Where possible we will send an exact replacement. If this is not possible we will discuss with you possible alternatives.

Refunds and Exchanges
On receipt of your order please check it carefully against the paperwork. We need you to contact us with SEVEN WORKING DAYS if there are any problems. If we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will put things right at no expense to you. You must do this within SEVEN WORKING DAYS of receipt. We will not refund or exchange any goods if they have been opened and/or seals broken.
However, should you decide that you wish to return any of the goods for any other reason, first contact us to discuss the various alternatives. We will only accept goods for a refund if they are still unopened with all seals unbroken. Return parcels must be carefully packed for postage back to us. If goods are received in a damaged state due to your poor packaging, we will not accept them for a full refund or exchange. For a refund, you will have to pay the cost of postage back to us. For an exchange, you will have to pay the cost of postage back to us of the unwanted goods and cost of delivery to you of the exchange.
