Our postage rates are set out on the Tab at the top named "Postage". These prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment Method: Click on "PayPal" in the Payment Method Section unless you are intending to come to our premises in person to pay or have made alternative arrangements with us. "Payment on Collection" is intended for people who
wish to reserve a jigsaw and then collect it from our premises in
person. We do NOT operate a Cash on Delivery service.
Despatch: Customers should click on "Royal Mail" unless they intend to collect the goods in person from our premises, in which case they can click on "Collection from our premises".
If you need us to make alternative arrangements, for instance, if you would like us to post your puzzles to a destination outside the UK, please telephone, fax or email us and we will try to meet your requirements.
If you find something is not quite right in the description of a puzzle, we would be really grateful if you would let us know. The brand names Falcon and Jumbo are both used by the same company, Jumbo.
