If you are experiencing difficulties with viewing our site then here are a few possible solutions. 1) Your internet browser ( the program that you view the internet with ) might be old or incompatible with current standards. ( This includes Microsoft Internet Explorer ). [edit] With the introduction on IE 7 and adjustments to our site, there should no longer be any problems [/edit] Solution : We recomment that you download a program called Firefox, it is totally free and available here, it is more efficient and safer to use than most popular browsers. 2) Your screen resolution might not be high enough. Some computers cannot display everything that is on the screen, this site had been tested from 800x600 resolution upwards. Solution : Change your screen resolution to at least 800x600. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Double click on display then under the settings tab change the screen area to a size at least 800x600 pixels. |
