We have attempted to make the site as user friendly as possible, but if you are unsure about anything then we have a help section.
We prefer all transactions to go through Pay Pal. However, if this is a problem to you, please contact us by by phone in normal working hours, by email
or by fax and we will make alternative arrangements for payment.
Please click on "PayPal" in the section about Payment Method unless you are intending to come to our premises in person to pay or have made alternative arrangements with us. "Payment on Collection" is intended for people who
wish to reserve a jigsaw and then collect it from our premises in
person. We do not operate a Cash on Delivery service.
In the section about Despatch, customers would normally click on "Royal Mail" unless they intend to collect the goods in person from our premises, in which case they can click on "Local pick up".
Whilst we keep a very large range of jigsaws in stock, there are often titles which people have seen or heard about and would like to purchase. If there is a puzzle which you would like us to supply and is not on our list, please contact us and we will make every effort to obtain it for you.
