Within the UK, for orders for one or two items, there is a small handling charge of £2. Orders for three or more items are POST FREE.
Payment Method: Click on "PayPal" in the Payment Method Section unless you are intending to come to our premises in person to pay or have made alternative arrangements with us. Even if
you do not have a PayPal account, continue following the on-screen
instructions until you reach the screen where you can enter your
credit/debit card details. If you do not complete the transaction we will not receive your order!
"Payment on Collection" is intended for people who
wish to reserve an item and then collect it from our premises in
person. We do NOT operate a Cash on Delivery service.
Despatch: Customers should click on "Royal Mail" unless they intend to collect the goods in person from our premises, in which case they can click on "Collection from our premises".
You can make alternative arrangements with us. For instance, if you would like to order by email or telephone or if you would like us to post your purchases to a destination outside the UK, please telephone, fax or email us and we will try to meet your requirements.
If you find something is not quite right in the description of a puzzle or a game, we would be really grateful if you would let us know. The brand names Falcon and Jumbo are both used by the same company, Jumbo.
