If you find something is not quite right in the description of a puzzle, we would be really grateful if you would let us know.
Payment Method: Click on "PayPal" in the Payment Method Section unless you are intending to come to our premises in person to pay or have made alternative arrangements with us. "Payment on Collection" is intended for people who
wish to reserve a jigsaw and then collect it from our premises in
person. We do NOT operate a Cash on Delivery service.
Despatch: Customers should click on "Royal Mail" unless they intend to collect the goods in person from our premises, in which case they can click on "Collection from our premises".
If you need us to make alternative arrangements, please telephone, fax or email us and we will try to meet your requirements.
In recent years, Falcon and Jumbo puzzles have been trading alongside each other. Now the company is trading solely as Jumbo and to minimise any confusion, we have changed all our records from Falcon to Jumbo.
Although the Clementoni label appears on our site it is because we do have one or two of their puzzles in stock. However we are not intending to stock their puzzles in the future.
